Żywieckie Suwakowanie is a Trombone Festival held annually in Żywiec, Poland. Over the course of a week in summer, national and international trombonists and tubists convene to exchange ideas and make music.

The type based identity draws from the movement, shape, and colors of the brass instruments, giving organizers a playful yet simple graphic palette to work with.
Type is set in Di Grotesk by @threedotstype→, an independent foundry from Wrocław, Poland.
The bell of a trombone was the starting point for the graphic system.
